Our aim & objective is to provide one of the best youth basketball program in the province of Quebec. We will continue to develop each division in a safe and secure environment. The success of our first decade of operation has paved the way to an exciting second decade.

RULES
- It is the team representative's responsibility to make sure their players are aware of the rules governing the league or tournament
- A team must have a minimum of 4 players to start a game
- The player's name must be on the score sheet before jump ball to be eligible to play.
- New player(s) cannot be added to a team's roster after
(i) the first game has been played when it is a tournament (ii)the 1st half of the season when it is the league
- A 10-minute grace period will be given to teams with fewer than 4 players or teams arriving late. The late team will receive a technical foul, resulting in 4 POINTS.
- A game consists of 2 halves of 20 minutes running time,stop on foul shots and last two minutes of second half with a 2-minute half time intermission.
- In the event of a tie, there will be a 3- minute over-time period.
- Teams are permitted 3 time-outs per game and 1 time-out per overtime period.
- Spectators or guests are not permitted on the team's bench. The bench is for players, coach, & assistant coach only.
- Any player(s) or coach receiving 2 technical fouls (4 points for the other team) in a game will be given an automatic 1 game suspension; finals included.
- Any player(s) or coach(es) ejected from a game should leave the team bench area immediately. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the game.
- Bonus will be awarded on the 8th team foul.
- The games will be played under the F.I.B.A rules.
- Each team must supply their team ball for warm-up.
- The schedule is subject to change
- All players are expected to exhibit proper sportsmanship at all times. Un-sportsmanlike conduct such as "trash talking", gesturing, taunting etc. is strictly forbidden and could result in automatic ejection.
- Fighting, swearing or other un-sportsmanlike conduct towards opponents, teammates, coaches, referees or spectators is strictly forbidden and could result in automatic ejection from the league or tournament… No questions asked.
- In a youth tournament, all players must provide 2 pieces of identification (Medicare card and school Id) or any government issued picture Id.
- No T-shirts/uniforms, No play! swapping is not allowed. A player wearing a teammate's T-shirt/uniforms will not be permitted to play. If it is known after the game is played, the game will be automatically registered as a loss by default. In the Adult League, No Uniforms, No Play..
- Bags and coats are not allowed in the gym. They must be kept in the locker room and locks will be sold at the canteen. The game will not start until the bench is cleared of coats & bags.
- A fine ($50) for defaulted games and the fine must be paid before the next scheduled game.
